Where Can You Gain More Data About Different Kinds of Production

Current article is dedicated to the confrontation of two rival websites which offer a lot of consumers' comments about various productions and services. Those sites are named PissedConsumer.com and Consumer Reports. Will the newcomer be able to triumph over the giant?

You would see the difference at once when you try to load the same parts of those sites. It's directly apparent that Consumer Reports has got a slicker and more professional look. The main colors that are used during the designing of interface are grey, white and blue. There are many links, pictures, and a scrolling window with the most popular stories framing the page. Pissed Consumer also uses a plain interface with a generous red and white hue. However, their site does not have the identical professional sensation to it as Consumer Reports. That is partially due to the different advertisements all over their page (supplied by Google). The webpage that includes a lot of links and no images is always more difficult to read and your eyes should be always strained to search for the needed data. There are two sections which are really useful. The first is a lately discussed bar which displays you the articles or complaints with the latest comments to them. “Hot topics” are shown by the other section. They are expressed only in one word hyperlink. The one thing which I didn't like is the small font size used in the links that are located in hot topic section.

For the consumer that visits Consumer Reports at the first time it is actually simply to find some required topics as they are strictly divided into several main themes. The front page was also kept up to date information that was related to the latest published issue of Consumer Reports Magazine. The arrangement of Pissed Consumer is also quite proper but it has got some obvious disadvantages. Keep in mind what happens when you visit a site that is fully heaped up with a great deal of different data. Probably you are a little perplexed. The right side does comprise a basic list of categories but they are wide without an ability to make them more specific. Fortunately, both websites do feature a handy search option in case you can't find what you're looking for on the main page. There is a thought that Consumer Reports includes considerably greater amount of information but it is not right, actually. Pissed Consumer doesn't provide a proper interface that is why it seems to be less useful, but it really may brag of a lot of unique and truly useful information.

We can't definitely determine which site gets more useful information as they both cover almost the same matters of the articles, but we can surely say that Consumer Report has got better arrangement. It means that customer has got a chance to find required information in considerably shorter terms. Pissed Consumer isn't bad but its awkward interface and advertisements keep it back from greatness.
