Organize duplicate files simple and control duplicate mp3 files better

The most apt way to order your mp3 files is to create a folder structure that fitting how you use your notebook. For example, you could have folders within Desktop for:

- Finances: Files related to your budget and taxes

- College: Class and reports

- Job: Your Curriculum Vitae and other files

Once everything comes to a limit. Your new memory disc is no exception. But before you buy yourself a new memory disc, it can be a good idea to make a thorough cleaning at your current hard drive and delete all copies of files. Perhaps after a thorough cleaning the problem of free space will not be as severe. You need to know that after having downloaded a lot of information from the Internet or duplicated it from one of folder to another, you have a huge number of copies of files left all around - duplicate. They are of no use and merely waste the space of your hard drive. It is better to remove duplicate files occasionally.
