Do your people have the right to chat?

It may be complex to manage a group of people who have PCs at their desks. You may watch your employees. It might look like a very busy room. And at the same time they could be simply browsing porno sites or reading news. Will you get your hands on that dirty spyware? Or is there probably a more honest and transparent way of employee monitoring?

Managers with principles had a uneasy time in the past. They had to install spyware. Spyware is the name for computer applications that make screenshots, copy text entered from the keyboard, control traffic. Yes, you get the power. The problem is that you could lose something else. It is not easy to respect and trust people who spy on you.
