Protein as a stock of different essential data

March 8th, 2008

A cardinal technique for protein structure determination is x-ray analysis, also known as x-ray crystallography. In general, x-ray crystallography comprises protein crystallography as a little, but so important part. Protein crystallography is a perfect method of learning more about the secondary, and as it found out ternary structure of protein. Usually, on the basis of x-ray crystallography information it is possible do define the protein quaternary texture, but it is not always available. In certain cases protein shows its various properties, it depends on conditions. Folding of protein is the main structural characteristic of protein molecule. The protein is quite surprising matter, because all the data about it is stored and folded in its basic structure. So many scientists from all over the world try to examine the protein more properly.
