Collaboration

When people deal with each other, they use three key approaches: conversing, transacting and collabororating.

If you are in the mood to make the correct choice about your software solution, you have to understand the differences that are significant between those interactions.

An interaction of conversation is a transfer of ideas and transactional interaction is transfer of a transaction substance between 2 or more participants, while an interaction of collaboration is employed for a modification of a substance of collaboration, for example: achievement of a shared goal.

Interactions of collaboration are organized in such a way that the main purpose of those involved is to introduce changes into the collaboration substance from what used to be non-secured and intangible, for instance, an idea, into something useful, for example a design solution.

Collaborative software is related to groupware applications that allow people communicate information and work as a team on projects.
