You would see the difference at once when you try to load the same parts of those sites. It's directly apparent that Consumer Reports has got a slicker and more professional look. The main colors that are used during the designing of interface are grey, white and blue. There are many links, pictures, and a scrolling window with the most popular stories framing the page.
